Celebrating New Beginnings

HEY FRIEND!

Wow, what a life this is, hey!? Being human is a wild ride!

I want to welcome you to my new blog and thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here and reading along!

I've had dreams of starting a blog for years, but I never took the leap... Until now!

I'll be honest, it feels a bit scary to be doing this and to put myself, my stories, and my experiences with healing and finding myself out into the world. BUT, here we are and I'm hoping for the best.

So let's celebrate this new beginning. Let's celebrate doing the things that scare the crap out of us, but that we know will elevate us and get us closer to our dreams.

After years of wanting to start a blog, why now?

I've wanted to find different ways to show up online that are not social media because I've found in my experience that social media is too overstimulating and one of my goals with the work that I do is to help people slow down and disconnect from the matrix so that we can reconnect with our true selves. So welcome to my quiet corner of the internet.

My hope for this blog is that it can become a safe place to come for a little breather when you get overstimulated by the very noisy online world. My wish is that it will be a space for me to share my stories from my heart in a way that helps others feel seen, heard and/or understood.

I took a long time away from writing, but I've been feeling called back and it feels like it's time for me to share what I need to share. So I hope that you'll stick around as I get my bearings with this new adventure and new avenue of sharing my voice with the world.
